Riverdale Grade School offers a wide variety of co-curricular activities, from the visual and performing arts to experiential learning opportunities through our Field Studies programs, to athletics, to exposure to broad meaningful themes by extraordinary speakers and performers. We name these activities intentionally; "co-curricular" leads one to think of engaging exercises built alongside the core academic curriculum, rather than an add-on benefit. We believe this reinforces our emphasis on teaching the whole child, addressing all intelligences at every available opportunity.
